A charming, full-bodied, balanced and Provencal effort, it exhibits classic notes of roasted herbs, licorice, fig and coffee bean. Made from 70% Grenache and 10% each of Mourvedre, Syrah and Cinsault that was raised all in foudre, it’s fully mature and a joy to drink today, but should hold for a handful of years. “
