La Vigne au Saint, one of Méo-Camuzet’s three Cortons

La Vigne au Saint is one of the estate’s three single-vineyard Cortons, next to Clos Rognet and Les Perrières. Corton is among the grand cru appellations of the Côte de Beaune, together with Corton-Charlemagne and five Montrachet grand crus. Besides its three Cortons, the estate holds grand cru parcels in Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot and Échezeaux, and premier cru parcels in Vosne-Romanée.

The estate bottles its wines without filtration and ages them 15 to 18 months in oak barrels, with 50 to 100% new oak depending on the cuvée.
