ROBERT PARKER « Depuis 2007, le Clos-Vougeot de la Domaine est issu d'une cuve entièrement éraflée et l'autre de grappes entières, et ils sont gardés séparés jusqu'au soutirage final. On peut certainement percevoir ces rafles au nez, bien qu'elles semblent se fondre dans le profil aromatique avec une aération continue. Le palais est moyennement corsé avec des tanins fermes, des notes de fraise sucrée et de miel séché à l'entrée, un bel équilibre, une texture soyeuse avec une grande précision en finale avec des traces de cola et de zeste d'orange séché. Long en bouche. Classiquement élégant. Dégusté en novembre 2010. »
