ROBERT PARKER ” Since 2007, the Domaine’s Clos-Vougeot has been sourced from one tank that is fully de-stemmed and the other whole bunch and they are kept separate until the final racking. One can definitely sense those stems on the nose, though they seem to meld into the aromatic profile with continued aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, hint of sweet strawberry and dried honey on the entry, lovely balance, silky in texture with great precision on the finish with traces of cola and dried orange peel.
