POBERT PARKER “ De deux parcelles en dessous du village, le Vosne Romanee Vieilles Vignes 2005 de Tremblay est piquant et envoûtant avec son nez épicé, musqué, truffé, et de baies distillées. Il présente un palais dense, mélange d’un riche bouillon de viande, de minéralité saline, et de cassis juteux et de framboise rouge, et se termine de manière vivifiante et appétissante dans son expression de fruits frais et de minéraux. Bien que des éléments subtils de champignon, de sous-bois et de carnation soient omniprésents, cela représente une personnalité tournée vers le fruit et bien plus lumineuse que ce à quoi on s’attend de 2005. Il ne fait guère de doute qu’une plus grande richesse et un raffinement textural seront évidents une fois qu’il se sera reposé de l’embouteillage, qui a eu lieu deux semaines avant ma dégustation.
