ROBERT PARKER ‘ A certified organic wine, the 2018 Brunello di Montalcino Helichrysum opens to a blackish-garnet appearance and medium-rich concentration. The bouquet is immediately ripe and soft with dried or baked fruits and even a hint of marmalade. Those sun-drenched aromas fold into toasted spice, earth, wet clay and black olive. There is a hint of tonic astringency on the close, along with fresh acidity. Production is 6,700 bottles. ‘
